Aging Gracefully, sharing positive tips-story of Sandpoint Id. community Blog,

Sandpoint Id. community Blog,

Because I believe in the value of communication and I have a great dislike for Assuming.  Aging Gracefully is here for you to share real experiences with others. So many of us go through life with valuable experiences we could have shared with others to learn from genuine information. To hear from someone without intent to sell us something. If nothing else to know someone else has had the same thing happen. Medical experiences go unknown too often, please consider sharing your personal knowledge on Sandpoint Id. community Blog,, aging gracefully with others. Like I find having another person go with you to the Doctors or tests, to be another set of ears, listening is valuable, and remembering is important. You remember as a child the buddy system, I do. Commenting on topics in positive ways that you have found to age gracefully. There just is not enough personal information available, simple things like embracing our age and learning all we can to care for ourselves. Simple things like “focus movement” to prevent injuries or pain like my Chiropractor Blaze Welch encouraged me to do. If you feel you are an elder with experiences to share that may help others, I  encourage you to do so.

Listen to a informative podcast

Just the other day when I said how about being an example of aging gracefully their reply was “I do not think that is possible” Be careful the thoughts -words you choose-your choice.

A wonderful point of view I agree with, enjoy

“What if you wake up someday, and you’re 65… and you were just so strung out on perfectionism and people-pleasing that you forgot to have a big juicy creative life?” Anne Lamott

On this website, the personal care page you will find links and information I have found or used for myself. I am sharing it with you. I found the following page to be full of information FB aging gracefully I know this will be helpful to all, wishing you peace and love always, gini

I believe I am understanding as I age the desire to live in the now, meditate, and do anything else I can do to avoid stress. As I am finding with stress comes memory loss, breath deep into your gratitude.

‘Women have another option.

They can aspire to be wise, not merely nice;

to be competent, not merely helpful;

to be strong, not merely graceful;

to be ambitious for themselves,

not merely for themselves in relation to men and children.

They can let themselves age naturally and without embarrassment,

actively protesting and disobeying the conventions

that stem from this society’s double standard about aging.

Instead of being girls,

girls as long as possible,

who then age humiliatingly into middle-aged women,

they can become women much earlier –

and remain active adults,

enjoying the long, erotic career of which women are capable, far longer.

Women should allow their faces to show the lives they have lived.

Women should tell the truth.’

Susan Sontag, ‘The Double Standard of Aging’ (1972)

Currently I have learned sugar makes me hurt, wheat swells my face and mess’s with my poop, my gut does not need eggs, dairy gives me phlegm and can painfully blow me up, no more saturated fats, can’t rake, can’t use all my strength at once for anything or I pay, O and no one wants to hear my thoughts unless asked-the old speak when your spoken too at work. Life !!!!

  1. As you age are your days going by faster or slower. Do you know why that is?

  2. Giving gratitude each morning in my hot steamy shower with stretching starts my days better, gini

  3. Yes to aging gracefully! Be proud of your experience and wisdom.

    • Thank you, Jenna Bowers, I believe in your wisdom-you are very gifted and beautiful-all the people who seek your knowledge are so fortunate you offer yourself at your website
